02 September 2017 Update:

CBEC via Notification No.28 /2017 – Central Tax dated 01st September, 2017 have waived the late fee payable under section 47 of the said Act, for all registered persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July 2017 by the due date.

02 September 2017 Interest on late Deposit @ 18% calculated from Due Date of payment to Actual Date of Payment.

Section 47 of the Central Goods & Service Tax Act 2017 provides for late filing fees of Rs 100 per day subject to maximum of Rs 5000/-.

02 September 2017 Sir., Off Line Filing: I convert Excel file to JSON file of GSTR 1. Also uploaded in GST portal. After upload it's shown "Processed" Error-free NA.... I'm waiting 20 to 30minutes. But, No more update. Then what is the next step to make return file.... I go to check the details in Online Filing option, My all details is uploaded except Last and Current year Turn over... So, What can I do for the filing option. Can I go to Online filing at above said situation....? Or What is the next process...? Please reply I'm waiting.....
