Late filling of service tax

If amt of september month is not included in half yearly return i.e. april to september then what is the treatment of this.i.e whether the interest should be charged for late filling of return or not.

As, you mentioned that liability for the month of september is not included in ST return, that means you have already filed return. Now you have option is that you can revised the return within 90 days from the date of filling of return.
Their will be no interest chargable on revised return. Just show the liability for the month of september in revised return.
