Dear sir, my client is insurance commission agent and he has not filed his return of A.Y. 2007-08. In the same year tds is deducted of Rs.12000/- .How he will get the refund? Plz. help me

The return for A.Y.2007-08 can be filed only upto 31st March 2009. Your time for filing the belated return u/s 139(4) has expired. So you cannot file the return now.
