What is the Last Date of service tax payment for proprietorship firm?

For proprietorship firm Service Tax is payable quarterly.
Last dates are :
April to June : 6th July
July to September : 6th October
October to December : 6th January
January to March : 31st March
earlier for manual payment it was :
April to June : 5th July
July to September : 5th October
October to December : 5th January
January to March : 31st March
Now e-payment is mandatory from 01-10-2014
