How to paid Labour expences when it paid on monthly basis it will be treated as salary then how can we distinguish between labour and salary

salaried employees are on the payroll of the company and they are paid salary as per terms of employment which is Monthly basis.
Whereas general/ adhoc labours are not on the payroll of the company. they are to be paid on daily basis but for the sake of convenience you are paying them on monthly basis.
Key difference in the nature of accouting treamtnet is on the basis of terms of employment whether eengaged as employee or labours.
