what is the Rate of service Tax on labour contract.

IF the service provider is other than Individual, Firm, HUF then Service Tax rate is 12.36% on each rupee.
If the service provider is individual, huf, firm and service receiver is company then service tax rate would be same 12.36% but 25% will be paid by service provider and 75% will be paid by service receiver.
