All dear sir I want to know if bill made on 30 may but payment received after 1st June then kkc will be be applicable or not .

As per plain reading of Rule 5 of the POT Rules KKC could be applicable...However since apparently the service has been rendered before 1 st June going by the levy as envisged u/s 67A that provides for levy at a rate when service has been provided or agreed to be provided KKC may not be applicable. This view may however be litigative with the Department.
