Is it possible to file return for AY 2005 -06 to 2010 -11 ?? If so what is the penalty ? How to file the return?

The ans is no as the lateset time limit for filing belated return is 1 year from the end of relevant AY as per sec 139(4).
so in your case u cannot file any of the return from ay 05-06 to 10-11.
