27 September 2008 i m a Industrial Trainee in a big organisation.

my attempt is due in nov.08.

i want a leave for study n thet are also ready to give it to me.

but the problem is: -
they are saying that any leave taken by me will exceed my training period.
means they will not permit me leave, but as per institue policy, we can take 135 total leave in 3 years of training.

55 leaves is already taken by me.hence 80 leaves is still balance to me.

will my training will extended if i'll take 50 days leave for exam???

27 September 2008 no. you are allowed 135 days. thus you can avail 80 days.
