QUESTION:We filed online income tax returns for AY 2014-15 for Some of our clients which are ITR-4 U/S 139(4),those are also refundable status.We sent these ITR-V to CPC-BENGALURU after 120 days.If we login incometaxindiaefiling website to respective client for ITR-V receipt status has been showing that ITR-V received after due date. will it possible get refund or not for above clients

Normally ITR-V is to be sent within 120 days and after that CPC rejects the return filed online. But sometimes dates for sending ITR-V for some assessment years have been extended in the past. You should keep an eye on your income tax account to see the status of your ITR.
