BUT NAW POST ITR V BUT IT DEPARTMENT DISPLAY (30/01/2015) ON WEBSITE YOUR ITRV RECIVED AFTER DUE DATE
REWISE RETURN 139(5)ONLY FILED RETURN BEFORE DUE DATE
REFUND IS PENDING

WHAT I DO

File a belated return under section 139(4). It can be filed before the expiry of one year from the end of relevant assessment year or before the completion of assessment whichever is earlier. So, u can file it upto 31.3.2015. This time, please post in time.

but 139 (4 ) accept only origenal return

If ur ITR-V is not received within 120 days, it stands as if not filed...so file ur ITR u/s 139(4) as original

it is original itr but filed belatedly u/s 139(4) since u didnt post the itr-v ack u filed earlier within 120 days
