Can we just send ITR-V by post or courier to CPC, BLR in an ordinary envelope by folding in such a manner that ITR-V is unaffected ? Thanks for the response.

It is specifically told that we should not fold the ITV V.

You can fold the ITR-V , but take care that the signature as well as Bar code remains unaffected.

as per point 10 of circular Circular No. 03 / 2009 dated 21-May-09, assessee should not fold the ITR V.
