I want to know that who should fill the ITR Return and type of form, the gross amount limit, please describe me full details regarding this

08 June 2014 every company, firm, charitable organization has to compulsorily file tax return irrespective of the amount. Refer Rule 12 of the Income-tax Rules 1962 for which form to use.

09 June 2014 every person, huf income above exempt limit (rs. 200000) in year have to file the itr and also for company, firm, trust, society have to file compulsory income tax return.
