Itr refund recd less when tds deducted

Dear Sir/Madam,
Tds deducted 9363 total as professioanl income and total gross income is 1,30,000/- refund recd for rs. 1060 only
but balance amount recd 8300 not recd.
and RECTIFICATION REQUEST and Helpdesk Ticket ID :-

so what to do , pleae any one can help me

In case Any previous outstanding demand then less the demand and refund balance amount...
