Hi Everyone,
I filed my ITR on 01-08-2014 for A/Y 2014-15. After one month ITR V Was received by department. Since then the status on income tax e-filing portal is being shown as "ITR V Received." No Processing has been done and it is now passing more than one year. Also ITR for A/Y 2015-16 has not been processed which was filed on 31/08/2015. Please tell me the way to get it processed and get my refund.

Ask for intimation , put intimation request u/s 143(1) & Talk in tall free number also.
