I HAVE BUSINESS INCOME IN A.Y. 2010-11 BELOW EXEMPTION LIMIT AND I WANT TO E-FILE ITR IV FOR AQUIRING HOUSING LOAN...PLEASE TELL ME UNDER WHICH SECTION OF INCOME TAX ACT I CAN FILE THE RETURN OF INCOME FOR THE A.Y. 2010-11.

You couldn't file return of Income for A.Y.2010-11 now,because of according to the section 139(4),belated return can be file upto one year from the end of the such assessment year. I.e for your case to file A.Y.2010-11 return time period is Upto 31-3-2012. So you can't file now.
