Frnds for a real estate broker (business code 402, estate agent) which form of itr is appropriate for AY 2013-14. Is he also to be considered as a commission agent. Which form is to be filed ITR4 OR ITR 4S?

29 July 2013 He required to file ITR-4, Because of section 44AD says it not applicable to the commission or brokerage agents and those you offering their income as per section 44AD only shall eligible to file ITR-4S.

So for your case ITR-4 applicable.
