Dear Sir,
As I am a LIC Agent & also I am working with a company.
I am receiving salary form Ompany & Commision from LIC.
SO, I want to know which form is aplicable for Income tax return file?
Please help me?

You have to file ITR -1 Now Saral -II Form for salary.
