which ITR for AY 2018-19 for only partners of a firm is it mandatory to fill balance sheet in ITR-3

02 August 2018 You can select no account case option in ITR 3 if you do not wish to fill the balance sheet and Profit loss provided limit under 44AA is checked.

The Partner can file "No books of Accounts" Case in ITR 3
