Dear Sir,
Assesee having only salary income and he has allowance u/s 10 for Rs. 24600.
so assesee has to file which ITR ???
Our income tax software does not allowed ITR -1 as exemption u/s 10 is greater than Rs. 5000 and advice to file ITR - 2 instead of ITR - 1.
