Dear all,
An individual whose tax payable for A.Y. 2010-11 is nil as per form 16. And As per Previous years form 16 i.e., A.Y 2007-08 and for 2009-10,There is a tax refund of 27000 and Rs. 7000 respectively. But he has not filed the ITR for previos years. While doing this year i.e., AY 2010-11 tax return whether i can include previous years refund also or i have to file previos years return seperatly?

No for different years different returns.
You can file return for 2 years only now i. e. for A. Y. 2010 - 11 & 2009 - 10.

NOW, PERIOD OF BELATED RETURN IS ALSO EXPIRED FOR AY 2007-08. HENCE FORGET IT.
