assessee working in ltd company as retainer also having commission income from lic, pl advise about due date & itr applicable.

ITR-4 and due date is 31st July, if his gross commission is exceeds Rs.1 crore for A.y.2013-14(for A.Y 2012-13 it is Rs. 60 lacs) then his case is liable to tax audit and in such case due date is 30th September.
