BUT FROM THAT DAY TO 31/03/2011. I HAVE NO TRANSACTION UP TO O 31/03/2011.
CAN I WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE A.Y. 2011-12 OR NOT.
PLEASE OVERCOME MY PROBLEM.

Yes, it is mandatory to file ITR of Partnership firm as per section 139(1) from the A.Y 2006-07.
