20 August 2011 I HAVE CREATED A PARTNERSHIP FIRM ON 10/03/2011.

BUT FROM THAT DAY TO 31/03/2011. I HAVE NO TRANSACTION UP TO O 31/03/2011.

CAN I WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE A.Y. 2011-12 OR NOT.

PLEASE OVERCOME MY PROBLEM.
