I am not able to upload Income Tax return for the AY-2012-13, and getting following error on the screen.....

Error parsing the IT Return XML.Please upload a proper xml file
Please rectify the Above error(s) and upload your return again.
Is there any technical problem at Income tax site or is it some thing else??

Generate the xml file again and upload again. Make sure you are using the utility for AY 12-13.
