05 August 2011 In ITR-4, are there any deductions under section 80C? I could not find it...or it comes some other head.Please tell me.. And also what is the last date to file ITR-4?

05 August 2011 IN SHEET 80_ , FILL TOTAL DEDUCTIONS IN SECTION 80C IN SCHEDULE VI-A,
LAST DATE:
WITHOUT AUDIT 31ST JULY 2011
WITH AUDIT 30TH SEP 2011

Thanks for your reply. As i am a professional ( prof. service) then also last date is 31st July.I haven't got my form 16 also, so how can i file my itr?

06 August 2011 as the date has already gone,
you can still file the return u/s, 139(4), once you get your Form 16, else you can file based on Form 26AS,
there will be no problems, but if tax becomes payable, then interest will have to be paid for the delay,

If the company has not paid TDS due to which we have not got Form 16. The company will pay its ITR by 30TH Sep. 2011. So, I can 't fetch details from Form 26 AS also.

your company is TDS defaultor, if you are obliged to pay any interest due to this default, u can demand reimbursement from them,
