06 August 2018 I get renumeration and interest from a partnership firm in which I am a partner and I am a proprietor in a firm so when I file ITR I declared my renumeration and my business turnover under 44ad ....so software is taking itr3 instead of itr4 A.Y 18-19 so is it mandatory to make a complete balance sheet pL under 44AA or I can file using no account case in itr3 ?
