DEAR SIR
I AM SALARY EMPLOYEE. MY SALARY INCOME IS LESS THAN EXEMPTION SLAB. I HAVE RECEIVE THE SALARY BY CHEQUE AFTER DEDUCTING OF EPF I HAVE ALSO A AGRICULTURE INCOME OF RS 150000.IS EPF SHALL INCLUDE IN SALARY INCOME AND ENTITLED ANY DEDUCTION UNDER SECTION 80C WHILE FILLING THE ITR AND UNDER THE ABOVE INCOME WHICH ITR FORM WILL BE USED FOR A.Y. 2015-16?

In the given case you need to use ITR2. Your PF Contribution deducted from your salary will not be included in salary. Only employers contribution in excess of 12% is included in salary. You will get deduction u/s 80C for your PF contribution subject to overall limit of Rs 1.5 Lacs.
