Is it mandatory to file income tax return every year , even if there is no income of assessee,,,,,
as Mr. A file income tax return in ay 2013-14, in this year he was having commission income but now in ay 2014-15, he does not having any income ,,,,, should he file income tax return,,,,,

If there is no income no need to file IT return.
It is mandatory to file your Income Tax Return if you have any foreign assets. Even though you may not have any taxable Income.

Sir, a ca student if files his return and he has only stipend income which is exempt u/s 10(16), besides this if he files return what income should he show in his return,,,,, ca he show his exempt income ????

If your income is fully exempt no need to file return.
