18 December 2014 Is it mandatory to file income tax return every year , even if there is no income of assessee,,,,,

as Mr. A file income tax return in ay 2013-14, in this year he was having commission income but now in ay 2014-15, he does not having any income ,,,,, should he file income tax return,,,,,

18 December 2014 If there is no income no need to file IT return.
It is mandatory to file your Income Tax Return if you have any foreign assets. Even though you may not have any taxable Income.

18 December 2014 Sir, a ca student if files his return and he has only stipend income which is exempt u/s 10(16), besides this if he files return what income should he show in his return,,,,, ca he show his exempt income ????

18 December 2014 Sir, My friend filed his return showing stipend income exempt u/s section-10(16),,,,and interst on saving bank income for ay 2014-15,

Does he have to file his return every year even after termination of training?
