1. If a person has income -
under the head income from other souces
like tuition income or Stipend etc.
can this sahaj form be taken or
Itr 2 is to be used,
as in the Income tax sites it is written that ITR(SAHAJ)is for pension /interest income .
2.which pen (blue/black) is to be used for filling this form?

1.You can use Sahaj it can be used for following incomes
a) Income from Salary/ Pension; or
(b) Income from One House Property (excluding cases where loss is brought forward from previous years); or
(c) Income from Other Sources (excluding Winning from Lottery and Income from Race Horses)
but incase your tution fees & stipend income covered under professional income then you cannot use this.
2. You can fill any ink pen, but black is adviseable
a) Income from Salary/ Pension; or
(b) Income from One House Property (excluding cases where loss is brought forward from previous years); or
(c) Income from Other Sources (excluding Winning from Lottery and Income from Race Horses)
but incase your tution fees & stipend income covered under professional income then you cannot use this.
