Ihave a proprietory business and submited my income tax return for A.Y.10-11 through online and send my acknowledgement to IT department by post, but after submited my ITR there was some discrepancies, can I revise my return?

Yes. If you can file revised return u/s 139(5) as you have filed return within due date u/s 139(1).
