my salary is rs 7000/ a- so can i file return or not because of my income is not cross exemption limit .and can i file income tax return for last two year that is accounting year 2008-09 and 2009-10 .

AGREE. BUT IN MY OPINION IF YOU ONLY FILE RETURN FOR FY 09-10. FOR FY 08-09 DUE DATE OF BELATED RETURN IS OVER. AS YOUR INCOME IS BELOW EXEMPTION LIMIT I WOULD ADVICE YOU NOT TO FILE RETURN FOR FY 08-09.
