31 August 2014 I have already efiled IT return for financial year 2013-14. Can I now efile IT return for financial year 212-13 ?

31 August 2014 Yes you can file return for FY 2012-13 by 31/03/2014.
The return will be a belated return

31 August 2014 I think Siddhartha Ji want to say upto 31.03.2015. But remember after 31.03.2014 and upto 31.03.2015 maximum penalty of Rs 5000 u/s 271F may be levied.

31 August 2014 Yes, if you are liable to pay any tax in f.y. 2012-13 and you have not filed your return upto 31.03.2014 then penalty of rs. 5000 will be levied, but in case of refund/no tax liability no penalty will be levied .
