15 April 2014 How can I file my IT return for AY 2012 - 13. and under which section. till date I have not filled. any solution?

15 April 2014 Return of AY 2012-13 can not be filed since the same is time barred. Last date of filing belated return was 31.03.2014.

If it is a refund case and you want to claim the refund the only way is to invoke section 119(2)(b) i.e., application for condonation of delay.

15 April 2014 already time barred...can only be filed if 142(1) or 148 notice issued.

16 April 2014 you can not file the return of A y 2012-13

last date of filing of return was 31.3.2014
now you can not file return of that year .
