Sir,

Please solve the my following quarries regarding income tax return for salary employees
1. details procedure for e filling for income tax return
2. my one of the friend has been filled his IT return for the assessement year 2008-09 but their after hi will not filled any return..
3. for the assessement year 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13 hi is non taxable income but assessment year 2013-14 hi is exceed the exempt limit and also deducted TDS

kindly provide information shall i e filling for his return for the assessement year 2013-14 only and what procedure follow.

2)no problem if he is not having any taxable income

3)you can file return for A.Y.2012-13 belated and A.Y.2013-14 belated and claim tds in return
