IT Return of A.Y 2010-11 not filed.
Tax due Rs 1,18,000 as he worked in two companies.
He is ready to pay tax, but what about return as due date elapsed.

Nothing can be done in this case. The only way he can file a return is on receipt of notice from the Income Tax Department.
