I had somewhere heard that the non-filing of ITR TO THE INDIVIDUALS having Gross total income below 5 lakhs has been lifted. Can anyone clarify on the same ? And if it's true ,from which A.Y. Is the same applicable ? Thanks in advance

from AY 13-14 such assessee needs to file itr as per recent notification by cbdt.
