Issue of share at premium and share application in round fig

1. is there any limitation for a listed company to issue its share at premium, if yes what are the limitations?
2.is it necessary, that the share application money per share should be in round figure.

Calculate issue price as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulation.

It will depend on the issue price arrived by auditor on the basis of above mentioned regulation.

Read Chapter VII for the said purpose.
