24 February 2016 PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY CAN ISSUE DEBENTURES AS PER COMPANIES ACT,2013 AND ALL PROVISIONS REGARDING ISSUE OF DEBENTURES EQUALLY APPLY TO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY RIGHT?

Private Company can issue debentures. The power to issue debentures can be exercised on behalf of the Company as a meeting of the Board under the provisions of Section 179 (3) of the Companies Act, 2013. Further Section 71 of the Companies Act, 2013 deals with the provisions relating to the issuance of debentures
