Please refer my query dated 10th July, 2010 regarding can a pvt ltd co issue debenture without appointing a debenture trustee.Pls reply since i have recived no reply.

Yes. Appointing debenture trustee or creating a trust is always at the will of the the group of person applying for the debentures.
Deb Trust is required only in case the deb issue is made to public at large. In case of private placement of deb, deb trusts are not formed.
