Dear experts,
Plz let me know on clearing of excisable goods under rule 19, with out payment of duty, weather we need to issue excise invoice or not if yes in whom favour the invoice will be made,

The invoice will be prepared without payment of excise duty but duty will be shown in ARE-1.
