24 January 2012 we take fabric and return garments, and charge job work for the same, is vat applicable on the same as per west bengal state

29 January 2012 The general understanding of the law:
1. If you invoice your customer for Job work separately and for goods separately (should you buy something on behalf of client) then VAT shall apply only on the goods sold and no VAT is applicable on job work.
