sir plz guide me, is it necessary to sign exam form(pcc) from employer only or any ca can sign the form , as my ca is not interested in singing my form due to some disputes please respond me ASAP, or what action can be taken against it???

02 September 2012 hello sir , plz advice more thing what can be done against such conduct of a c.a ??? i asked him for transfer 9or 8 months back and provide him joing letter of my father to some other city but he kept my t/f form with that joining letter by saying that he will submit himself, but he did'nt .., in that case what can be done against it ,

I know dear some professional create this type of situation, and for this students time is west. But the Institute says that you can take transfer only with the permission of Principle.

So i will suggest you, to take Institute consent on this.

02 September 2012 in that case plz send me the links or help desk no,,, i had asked him to sing my form (pcc exam form) but he did'nt respond me at that time now he is saying that he is not interest.he is providing dummy to two other girls he himself sing and submit their exam form .. very tensed ....

03 September 2012 hi ajay sir , how are you , after that i submit my exam form, and now i am applying for transfer from him, he is saying that he put leave for a whole year , in my last attempt he sign my form with rubber stamp seal in which a notification which says:

1. I do hereby certify that the photograph affixed above is that of Mr./Ms........... who has signed in my presence. The
particulars as furnished on this form have been verified by me and found correct with reference to the documents produced before me by the
candidate.
2. For candidates who are presently in practical training as an articled assistant or as an audit assistant or partly as an articled assistant and
partly as an audit assistant. I hereby certify that he/she is presently serving under me as an articled assistant / audit assistant, and has
completed more than 15 months of articled training as on 1st Feb, 2012.

what you says is this can be used as proof that he is misusing his power,, but where from i get last attempt application form ???
