The company has deducted TDS Rs.48 while making payment of Room Tarrif of Rs.2000+ Luxury tax 100 ( employee stayed one day in hyderabad),
Kindly suggest whether the companies contention is correct or not.

Payment made for hotel accomodation taken on regular basis will be in the nature of rent subject to tds under sec.194I
