X company incurrs seminar & training expenses, which is subsequently recovered from its group company.So is X company liable to pay FBT on Seminar & Training Expenses ???????

exp are debited to p&l a/c are liable to fbt in the above case you are collected seminar& training exp from your group co. so they are liable to fbt

When X co. incurrs exp , it has to debit the exp to its holding co. And hence i believe that it wont appear in P&L A/c
Thus, no chance of paying FBT on it
