Ipce exam admit card

Since this exam onwards we have to download admit cards from icai website , i tried downloading mine , but on it my photo and signature are not being printed , please help what should i do ! i tried calling on helpline nos. but all busy!

Event though no photo and Signature on the Admit card either downloaded or hard copy it is valid but you have to kept any identity proof of you like Votor card, Driving License etc... except PAN CARD.
Note For this attempt i.e for May 2012 attempt hard copy of the Admit cards also issued by the ICAI. But not from Nov 2012 Attempt.
