i got my SR number through email but i didnot received letter from the institute. please tell wil i receive the letter from the institute

Yes. Surely you will receive the letter. You need to receive the identity card.

then u just call on the helpline number at ur regional chapter of icai or just once visit there with a print out of letter rec to u via email form icai.
