I am a registered wholesaler trader and i am selling the goods to a unregistered dealer. Which invoice should i issue for him and what is the limitation of this amount. And what is the provision for sale out the goods to unregisterd person?

Since you are a registered dealer so first you have to issue tax invoice whether sale is made to registered or unregistered dealer that doesn't matter and second you can issue invoice of any amount to unregistered dealer there is no restriction on sale made to unregistered dealer, restriction is on purchase from unregistered dealer that if you received inward supplies from unregistered dealer of more than Rs. 5000 then you have to pay tax under reverse charge.
