Investment in Gold made by Pvt. Ltd. for Directors Daughter out of company's fund.Since it is expenses/investment made in personal nature..under which section it is covered.

charge it to director's salary account. Or you may show it as a loan (for showing it as a loan kindly refer to the new companies act 2013 to check whether it is allowed or not.
