20 November 2014 Hi,
i want to know how to maintain inventory in tally through BOM? If in tally we only entered purchase and sales entries due to this sometimes there is negative stock in tally data so how to maintain this in tally for all Raw materila , WIP & Finished goods.
please help.

20 November 2014 1. Record purchase of material. Stock will be generated.
2. Maintain BoM (Bill of Material) for each finished goods.
3. Declare production on the basis of BoM. Accordingly raw material will be consumed and finished goods will be generated.
4. Prepare sale invoice of finished goods. Stock of finished goods will be reduced.
