Dear Experts
MY ITR 4 for AY 15-16 has been invalidated ( Error 31) due to non response to notice under section 139 (9). What is the remedy?

Sir , I tried submitting fresh return under section 139(4) as Original. However, it is not going through and it says Only One Original Return can be filed under section 139(4). Please advise urgently.
